Rockyview Alliance Church Worship Service: June 27

Summary of Event

We are so glad to welcome you back to our church campus! Due to the Alberta Health Services regulations, there are a number of changes to our normal Sunday gatherings at Rockyview to be aware of:

Live Worship Services:

• Please register for one of our live Worship Services (9am or 11am) by clicking the “Register” button.
• When you are signing in, where it says “First Name” please list the first names of EVERYONE in your family that will be attending the Worship Service in the Sanctuary.
• Only those who belong to the same household may sit together in the Sanctuary.
• Everyone attending the Worship Service must wear a protective face mask for the entire time you are in the building.

Rockyview Kids:

• Rockyview Kids is for children Ages 2 to Grade 6 only.
• When signing up your children for Rockyview Kids, please note that there are two age categories: (1) Ages 2-4 and (2) Kindergarten – Grade 6.
• Only one parent may bring their child(ren) to our kids’ space downstairs to sign them in at the check-in desk.
• All children attending must have a parent/guardian registered for the Worship Service in the Sanctuary for the same service.
• Please do not allow your children to bring anything with them (e.g. toys, snacks), other than their Bibles.
• If Rockyview Kids is sold out when you go to register, please know that you are welcome to reserve Sanctuary Seat(s) for your kid(s) to join you upstairs for the Worship Service.
• All children over the age of 2 must wear a protective face mask while in the building (per AHS requirements).
• Our Nursery will not be staffed, but parents with children under the age of 2 can make use of it.

Before Arriving at Rockyview:

• Please review the videos below to get an idea of what to expect when you are in the church building;
• Please note that every reasonable precaution has been and will continue to be implemented to protect health and safety of our volunteers, staff and congregants.
• If for some reason, you won’t be able to attend the service you signed up for, please cancel your ticket so we can open up your seat(s) for other guests.
• Please arrive early enough to allow enough time for you and your family to register and be seated.

Once You Arrive at Rockyview:

• Please maintain physical distancing at all times, staying 2 metres (6 feet) away from others;
• Please use the main sanctuary entrance doors. Look for signs marking the proper entrance door;
• Please record your self-assessment response and your attendance with a Service Host at the main doors;
• Please sanitize your hands upon entering the building;
• Please follow the floor markings to maintain physical distance;
• Please follow the directions provided by our Service Hosts for seating.

Other Things To Note:

• Please refrain from any gathering or socializing in the church foyer or sanctuary;
• Water fountains will not be available for use.
• The Café is not open at this time.
